SHIPPING POLICY

We ship within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. All orders are sent registered delivery via Taiwan Chunghwa Post. If you would like your order shipped via a different service please contact me at natalie@the-go-project.com. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number to track your order. Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout. 

Please note the due to Covid restrictions in Taiwan, we are unable to ship to some countries at the moment. As soon as this changes we will let you know. Please proceed to the checkout to see if your country is affected.  

 

The Go Project is not responsible for the loss of a parcel, delivery errors or damaged parcels by Chunghwa Post. As a consumer it is your responsibility to check the delivery information is correct before finalizing the order. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and will do all we can to help to resolve the situation.
